Tracey began her musical career at the age of 6 playing the cornet and the piano at the age of 11, achieving Grade 8 in both cornet and piano as well as A Level Music.
She teaches piano, brass and theory to children in many of the local primary schools as well as privately from her home.
Tracey joined the Choir 18 years ago as Assistant Accompanist. She progressed to Musical Director in 2000 and has enjoyed conducting massed Choir concerts in Gloucester and Lichfield Cathedrals and Cheltenham Town Hall.
Tracey’s love of music has encouraged her to also rejoin Lydbrook Band and at the same time encouraging her children, Mollie aged 15 and Alice aged 11, to become members of Lydbrook Training Band.
Hayley is the principal accompanist of the Forest Of Dean male Voice Choir. Brought up in the Forest of Dean village of Parkend the youngest daughter of Meryl and the late Stan Teague. She began Piano lessons at the age of ten under the expert tuition of Lydney based Christine Kear and has progressed to become an accomplished musician.
Organisations she has played for include The Elizabeth Corney and Lavender Schools of Dance, Springfield ladies Choir and Guest Accompanist appearances for Drybrook Ladies Choir, Churchdown Male Voice choir. She also enjoys accompanying various brass, string and Vocal soloists. Musical enjoyment is not restricted to choirs as she also plays trombone and tuned percussion with the Forest Of dean Brass Brand. Hayley plays the organ at Lydney Baptist church where she married Benito, a fellow bandsman. Hayley works full time for an international utility company.
